When my wife filed her origional Inventory Affadavit. She failed to mention certain assets she was in possession of - over $10,000. So, over the last 15 months, as I have uncovered them, I told her I knew about them, and then she would reluctantly amend her inventory affadavit. Does the mere fact that she was “TRYING” to hide assets have any bearing on this case? Im still not sure that I have found everything she is hiding. What if I find still more assets AFTER the ED trial. Can I go back an seek my half of those assets? or am I just out of luck.
