# House was mine, then WE refinanced it

I have owned a condo for many years now. I have been in a relationship for 3 and a half. Only been married for a year and a half.

We refinanced together and took out $50,000 He used $25,000 and I have $25,000. For the past year and a half he has been making the mortgage payments as I stay home and take car of our place.

We are filing for a divorce now, my question though:

He says she wants half of the condo, he has only been on the title for 18 months. and he has $25,000 out of the refinance. I have been paying off this debt in the meantime. What is he entitled to?

any advice would be appreciated, Thank you.
