I have been told that I would need to subpoena a couple of people for our custody hearing, but I do not know how to do that myself. Can you tell me how to do this? ---

As a pro se litigant you will need the clerk to issue your subpoenas. ---

But which clerk? In Family Court? DOwnstairs at the library near the office part of the courhouse? I am CLUELESS. ---

Go to the clerk in civil district court (where documents are filed).
