Can you tell me the exact process for filing, delivering and enforcing that he comply with answering within the 30day limit that was set forth for myself. I am representing myself and need to ensure that I do it the right, legal way.

File your discovery with the clerk under the appropiratie file number, include a certificate of service, and mail it to the other side on the date listed on your certificate of service.
