# How to remove spouse for separation

The only legal way is to file for Divorce from Bed and Board, but you have to be able to prove one of the circumstances to qualify.

If one of the qualifying circumstances exist you could file for a divorce from bed and board, but it is often far more effective to try to work together and reach an agreement.

My question is how can I legally remove my spouse from the home in order to start the separation? He is unwilling to leave, and their is not any domestic violence involved
