# I am moving-she will not

My wife and I are both residents of NH. I had to take a job in NC two weeks ago and she and our 2 children were to follow after we sell the house up there. Now she tells me she wants to stay in NH. I am not yet a legal resident of NC. Do we still file in NH? How will that affect visitation? How will that affect child support and alimony? She does not work ( refuses to get a job). If it is joint custody do I have a legal obligation for a minimum number of visits by our children? I cannot afford to pay for their travel.
