# Is it enough?

This depends on the seriousness of the harm he is facing. An emergency order can be granted if your child is in immediate risk of serious irreparable harm. It is hard for me to give an opinion on this issue unless I have reviewed all the facts of your case.

My son is being verbally abused at the hand of his father and soon to be step mom. His step brother is hitting him among other things. His step sister is showing him very vulgar sign language (no not the finger that would be GOOD compared to this). He has told his child psychologist all of this information and I have a taped conversation with my STBX about these things as well. So is this enough to warrant a 10 day protective order or supervised visits at the least.
