My STBX is making an issue with the time I made a dental appointment for a cleaning before talking to her, and that I make medical and dental appointments without confering with her, or involving her in the process… This is my response… Is it correct?
“The Plaintiff, as well as the Defendant, have the right to make day-to-day decisions regarding the welfare and well being of <Daughter’s name> while in their care. These decisions include, but are not limited to, Dental cleanings or checkups, medical checkups or Doctors appointments.”
