Was it continued or dismissed?

There was no clarification on whether it was continued or dismissed. The judge simply said he did not have time. Funny. He had time for this hearing today when Court is not even in session this week. If my ex says jump, this judge says how high. The judge refuses to deal with any violations of the orders that my ex commits. Doesn’t mind listening to anything that I do wrong, however.

I am sure that one of the attorneys here could answer this better, but it sounds a little like judicial misconduct to me, I could be wrong though

It is fairly common for cases to be continued because the Judge did not have time to hear all the issues before him or her during that week. It is frustrating but is a result of too few judges and too many cases. I would contact the clerk in your county and try to get the matter back on the calendar as soon as possible.

In Court today on an issue and I had a cross motion for contempt. Judge made a determination on one issue, but when it came to my charges of contempt against my ex, the judge informed me that he did not have time to hear these charges. Can someone explain to me what in the world is going on here? Since when does a judge, who is a public servant, who made orders that someone violated, tells someone that they do not have time to be heard? There are so many, many things wrong with my case. What is the use in me making any motions if the judge is simply going to tell me that “he does not have time”???
