Lied about income

#1

Ex has accepted plea deal admitting guilt to embezzlement charges. She was embezzling the money when she was taking me to court to increase child support. Is their a statute of limitations on taking her back to court since she obviously lied about her income at the time? My children are all adults now and our hearing was 9 yes ago.
Thank you

If you mean 9 years ago then you would not be able to return to child support court as the child support case is likely completed. The child support guidelines do not contemplate illegally-obtained monies as income for child support purposes. Further, the statute of limitations to recover damages as a result of fraud are three years from the time you learn of the fraudulent act/acts.
