If the separation agreement states that these policies belong to you then you do not need to give her information regarding these policies.

I have company life insurance which is renewable every year. In my seperation agreement it states that I will take over the policies. My question is my son passed away last year, I paid for the funeral and put the rest away for my other child. Now my ex is demanding to see the policy and wants half of what is remaining. I was the benefactor on the policy.

Does she have any claim to this and do I need to show her the policy?
