The cost of a separation agreement varies based on the complexity of the issues, the experience of the attorney you hire and the county you live in.

We do not practice in Franklin county, if you are interested in a referal you can contact Shawn McMullen in our office and she can let you know if we have any attorneys in that are that we refer to.

How much does an attorney charge to do a separation agreement?

Can anyone suggest a good divorce attorney that charges a reasonable consultation fee? My court hearings would be held in Franklin County which is in North Carolina.

Thanks.
