My wife and I separated back in June and she contines to stall the divorce. She lives in Pa and I currently live in NC. I just found out that there were several motions filed in court and that the courth sent the paperwork to her house and she threw them out so I didn’t know what was going on. The clerk of court said that she can held liable for throwing away my mail. The clerk will be filing the court documents to me so I can see what they were about. Evidently I was suppose to be in court on those dates, but had no knowledge of it because she threw my court documents away. As I asked before, can she be held liable?
