Is it very uncommon for a judge to go back and change a ruling based on “manifest injustice” in a particular case after reviewing the facts? Not sure if that is the correct term either. I am trying to figure out what to do or if I should just wait and see if judge changes her ruling. A lot of things are happening after her ruling that may change her mind about the previous order. In my opinion, a judge may be hesitant to reverse her own ruling based on a “manifest injustice” unless there is some newly discovered evidence or other extraordinary circumstances.
