Marriage Never Consumated

Unforutnately, you’ll won’t be able to terminate the marriage other than by one year’s separation. If she won’t move out, your best bet is to contact an attorney to conduct court proceedings designed to utilitze the court system to force her from the residence.

We were not having any sexual activity prior to the marriage as she claimed it was not proper. Is there any way to terminate this marriage other than by one years seperation. She won't move out and it is my house, purchased prior to the marriage by me.
