Mediation Order

Can a mediation order be overturned or changed? If so what are the circumstances?

If you have a Memorandum of Mediated Settlement Agreement, it cannot be changed without the agreement of both parties.

If you have a Parenting Agreement as a result of the court ordered custody mediation, then it is a court order and can be modified upon a showing of substantial change of circumstances affecting the wellbeing of the minor child(ren).
