I was looking under the How to get a divorce without a lawyer page, and noticed the directions for the Civil Summons directions was a dead link. Is there a correct link to look at?

Actually I wanted the directions to fill it out correctly. Just making sure I’m right.
The blanks for Plaintiff’s name and address should be completed along with the same information for the Defendant. When you file the document you may have the clerk ensure it is complete.
