I caught my husband having an extramarrital affair and kicked him out. I do not want to stay married and want it to be over. My mistake is I have had sex with him since we separated. I do not forgive him but he is now bullying me by saying the judge will say I have forgiven him and his affair is not a factor now. Is this true?

Isolated acts of sexual intercourse do not destroy the separation period, if at least one of you did not intend to resume the martial relationship. Unless you reconciled and resumed living together as husband and wife, you are still separated.
