#1

Dear mal:

Greetings. You need to have the following (and probably more):

  1. Income information from all sources
  2. Proof of medical insurance payments for the minor children
  3. Proof of child care expenses, that are work related, for the minor children
  4. Extraordinary expenses proof for the minor children

Thank you.

we are the non-custodials looking for modification. We can bring the pay stubs, proof that child has not been in day care for past 7 months, proof of insurance for children, documentation of visitation including additional days…do we need to bring our lawyer with us?
Also, the mom, has now signed up child for various camps for summer so it will look like child care cost are high right now - will judge take into consideration what has been going on for past 7 months?

Has anyone gone to court lately or can I get a lawyer to comment on how much to bring/have prepared for a modification of child support? I know that we will need pay stubs…but what else? The reason we filed is that one child is aging out and the other is supposed to be in day care but is not. We want to be prepared but not bring info that won’t even be looked at.
