# Mother restrained from seeing her children

10.In spite of the restraining order the girls kept banging on her door while their father waited for them in the parking lot downstairs.  
The banging on her door, inspired by the father trying to make ground for illegal behaviour, aroused the anger of the neighbors who want her evicted from the building.  
This sounds very much like harassment on the part of the father. I believe harassment is considered a crime?
