I am in the process of acquiring a separation agreement but am still finalizing interoggatory papers. I have just learned that my English husband is being relocated by his company (at his request) to England on Dec. 3 for 6 months. Will this have an impact on my gaining the separation agreement?
If your are negotiating a separation agreement I am unsure why you are engaging in formal discovery. If your husband is leaving the country, you may have a more difficult time reaching an agreement as he will not be around to discuss the issues.
