I own a residence in NC - He owns a residence in Ohio - married in NC - 2 months later he is back in Ohio - no property or assets jointly or separately during the 2 months - Who files? and in what state? is an annulment or dissolution an option?
Annulment is unlikely and very hard to obtain. I think you need to claim some kind of fraud for an annulment. I am not an attorney, but I think you can file here in NC.
To file for divorce, one party has to reside in NC for 6 months and meet the other criteria.
