I have read on this board that if you backdated your separation agreement to get a divorce then it is not valid. If that is true, how will it affect someone who backdated their seps, got a divorce and is now remarried? Also, what will happen to the parties that backdated their separations in terms of will they get in trouble (even though she was told by a lawyer it was ok to do that)?
