Our area of experience is not in abuse, neglect and dependency cases, those issues are usually handled on behalf of juveniles by social services. I do not know if the issues you described would be considered neglect, but it certainly sounds like they may. If you were in the process of litigating custody, these would certainly be issues that were extremely concerning to the court.

This is a legal defination I found for NC … My question is this… Since my ex molested our child, IF he would get non supervised visits would my other child be considered to be negleced by him if he went to visit because of his past?

Also, since he has another child IN his home with his wife that KNOWS of his past can they/she get in trouble for neglect?

(15) Neglected juvenile.
