Dear FATHERDORIGHT:

Greetings. If the date of separation was determined in an order, then the judge will be able to grant a divorce one year after the date determined in the order. Thank you.

If no agreement can be made on a intent not to reconcile date and the order has already established a date of seperation and its been almost 18 months how does the judge determines a date to grant a divorce?
