# Paralegal Conflict of Intetest

My original lawyer retired his paraliage who was my point of contact (9 months) is now my ex husbands lawyers paralegal.

I have just found this out and am very uncomfortable with what information she could have shared with his lawyer. We have a court date the end of July.

Does anyone know if this is a conflict of interest?

This is not a conflict of interest however, the law firm should be screening the paralegal from any personal participation in the case.
