i was served with a pre trail order at court and we will be going to trail on rthe 30 th for
equal distubtation
do i need to respond to the order or just type up my list for court on the 30th.

Usually, the parties work together to come up with a pre-trial order for the judge to sign. If that is how it was presented to you, you should add your own provisions to the order.
