if we agree in a pro se divorce for one to keep property in leau of paying child support will the judge allow this?
You may agree to any terms you like, however any agreement should clearly state that the amount of child support is zero. The danger in doing this is that the custodial parent could sue for child support, or to modify the amount upward in the future.
