I have been married 37 years. I am not getting the house, beach property, cash in savings. She has retirement account and a 401k. ---

I have been married 37 years. I am not getting the house, beach property, cash in savings account. I put in approx. $80,000 into my retirement account at which time I am receiving monthly checks since I am retired. How is the calculation of my retirement figured for property distribution? I have been told it is worth more than half of my other assets (house, property, cash, etc.)It appears that I will not get the house, other property, cash, etc. and lose less than half of my retirement. This disturbs me deeply. I will not have any actual cash value at the time of property settlement except what is left of my retirement. Thanks,
