Property not addressed in mediation

During mediation we worked through distributing most major marital property such as furniture etc. On remaining items not listed my spouse thinks that she gets to keep anything that i did not specifically ask for. Since she did not ask for them either, is she correct? How would we go anout determining possession of items not addressed in mediation. At the time it seemed impractical to list litetally eveything in the house…pictures, pots pans utensils etc

It really depends on the wording of the order that comes out of the order from the mediation. If you were represented by an attorney, I would address this with him or her, and if not, I would return to the mediator to help you come to an agreement.
