# Protective Order and Divorce

I had a protective order that has expired and now I am filing for divorce. Will my divorce not be granted because I did not honor the protective order the entire time. I was afraid of him and let him back in the house from time to time during the protective order period. I want a divorce because I am still afraid of him. Please advise.
