# PSS and Alimony

Based that there is no marital fault, is the PSS amount awarded a good indicator of the amount of Alimony will be? Or will that be different all together?

In my experience it is a good indicator.

If 1 year and day has passed, can I file for Divorce even though alimony and ED have not been resolved?

Yes, so long as the claims for ED and AL have been filed and are pending before the court.
