In my final letter from my attorney to my ex, it states " I look forward to receiveng your draft of the QDRO" and it is was agreed that that it would be completed by them. This is over 5 months ago and still nothing has been received. I know that the transfer cannot occur till the documents are received, but what is my exposure here. I feel that since they (EX and her atty.) are supposed to complete, I have to do and just need to wait until, if ever they get it done. Please let me know if this is correct.
