The only reliable manner to obtain complete and adequate legal advice is to consult with an attorney, fully explain your situation, and allow the attorney sufficient opportunity to research the applicable law and facts required to render an accurate opinion. How can I find out if my NC boyfriend is really getting a divorce? He says he’s waiting for it to be finalized once all involved properties are sold. I want to make sure I’m not being taken for a fool.
