Recession

If my SA recession paragraph reads just like your sample one. and we get back together and the funds are put back together… does that mean a new SA should be drawn up if we seperate again?

Please include the sample language you are referring to.

Recession. No action to rescind this Agreement shall be brought until the party making such rescission request has first returned, or offered to return, all benefits received hereunder.

This paragraph is not referring to a reconciliation (getting back together). It is referring to a lawsuit to rescind the entire agreement.

if we get back together, and put all our funds back in joint accounts. then do we have to do another SA if we seperate again.

Yes, if you reconcile and recombine accounts, you will have to split them again in the event of a subsequent separation.
