Long story short; I felt pressured and pushed into an agreement by my own attorney and now I refuse to sign the order. Will I get into trouble? I am currently filing a grievance against the attorney and plan to retain a new one. What should I expect as a result of all this? I feel this has caused an ever bigger mess of things than when I started.
Unless you can show that you were under a serious threat by your attorney, you may be required to sign the Order which reflects your agreement. Were you questioned in open court as to your acquiescence?
