Would it be possible for you to list (or tell me where to find) the criteria that must be met according to Barker v. Ramirez for a parent to be given permission to relocate out of state with his/her children?
In our preliminary hearing the judge stated that arguments would be based on these five(?) criteria; however, I can’t seem to find them listed. Thanks for your time.
