Selling of house

Once you remove the ex name from the title you can do whatever you want

Dear tjones:

Greetings. No, you do not have to wait the one year, unless it is in your agreement to wait one year. Thank you.

The response posted above is based upon the limited factual information made available and is not intended as a full and complete response to the question. The only reliable manner to obtain complete and adequate legal advice is to consult with an attorney, fully explain your situation, and allow the attorney sufficient opportunity to research the applicable law and facts required to render an accurate opinion. The basic information provided above is intended as a public service but a full discussion with an attorney should be undertaken before taking any action.

Quick question all if it is in my sep. agreement that I get the house and the equity from the sale of the house do I have to wait the one year to sell the house or can I sell it now after I remove ex`s name from title?

Thanks for any help
