Statute of limitations

The statue of limitations for suing on an agreement under seal is 10 years. my agreement says ,statute of limitations- Agreement is ececuted under seal, and either party may institute an action against the other party to recover damages or specific performance for breach of any provision hereof at any time within the ten year period next following the date of the breach of contract… Does this not give me the 10 years FROM DATE OF BREACH ?

The agreement itself is under seal for 10 years . You may sue to enforce it for 10 years after it has been in effect. If a breach occurred you may sue for breach of contract, but if 10 years have passed since the breach occurred the offending party may argue that your delay in bringing the claim constitutes laches, or unreasonable delay.
