STBX left and moved to SC. I am in NC now, but might be moving to SC (different town than her) to be closer to the kids. If I move during the 1 year sep. period, when the year is up can I still file for NC divorce? or would we need to file in SC?

Thanks,

RH

PS Just saw another thread and it has got me to wondering about this. I have done some internet searching and I have not found a forum like this one for SC, does anyone know of one?

If you are both living in SC you the divorce will need to be filed there. I do not know of any SC family law forums.
