I have a order for temporary child support. When will I need to file or request for a permanent order? Does a temporary order expires ever?
I have an assigned judge to my case, will he hear any issue within my case? What is a red calender date?

You need to speak with the clerk and go ahead and set a date for permanent support, which should coincide with permanent custody.

Permanent child support and custody is handled at the same hearing or separate? What is a red calender date?

They can be heard at the same time. “Red Calendar” means the case is set peremptorily and will not be moved or continued.
