Once again, thanks in advance for the help. Now that I have a seperation agreement signed from STBX, how do I go about getting new deeds for property I will now own in my name? It is already paid for(it was inherited)and I have the original deed that was recorded at the courthouse. Can i just type up another the same way without her name on it and get it recorded in the deed books? Thanks.
