My Ex and I planned to file for uncontested divorce.
1- Do We have to appear before judge in court.
2- How much estimated cost to file uncontested divorce by an attorney.
3- Can we do it our self using divorce packets form the court clerk.

Thanks for the responses in advance.

At least one of you will have to appear in court to obtain the divorce judgment.
While fees vary for divorce I would say it would not cost more than about $1,000 for an absolute divorce. You may complete the process on your own, however it can be confusing and there are many pitfalls to avoid. I would suggest you check out the divorce tab on the home page. There are several articles about divorce and a few videos that you may also find helpful.
