Vacation

There is not a legal definition of vacation. The definition depends on what was stated in the order or agreement. If nothing was specified you could return to court to ask for a clarification, but all custody issues would be open for modification as well.

What is the “usual” defintion of a vacation week?

I feel that it is weekend to weekend. This way either party could rent a beach house etc.

I would like to know if there is a legal definition or how others out there define their week of vacation.

Thanks
