# Vehicle ownership?

My STBX and I have been separated for just over a year. One of the cars I have was purchased the year after we got married; however, only my name is on the loan. I have continued to make the car payments, but left the car with my ex. I also pay the car insurance. We got married in Feb of 2004. When that car is paid off, what are my options? Is it pretty much hers?
