My husband has been in at least 3 affairs and 2 of them have been with teenage girls. He is still currently in an affair with one of them and she is pregnant. He has been investigated for statuatory rape and indecent liberties with a minor. However, the sheriff’s office was not able to build the case. I do not want my 7 year daugther to be subject to her father’s lifestyle. What are my chances of getting full custody and not allowing him any vistitation rights.
Its hard to say. If your husband has never physically harmed your daughter, he will likely still be able to see her, however the court may place limitations on the visitation, and may even order that it be supervised.
