Visitation - Pickup/Dropoff Location?

STBX has custody, and I am the visiting parent.
No Custody agreement has been reached, we see a Judge next month.

I am taking what I am ‘given’ for now.

I was told it is best to pick a midway point between residences for pickup/dropoff location.
STBX is insisting it be at her residence saying it is in the childrens best interest.

I do not trust her, due to previous ‘stunts’ she pulled in front of the children at her residence.

Is there a ‘standard’ used or what would a Judge likely decide ?

There really is no standard, as every case is different. You should present your concerns to the judge regarding an exchange location, he or she will order that exchanges take place in a public place if that is what is in the best interests of the children.
