Dear foxxtaylor1,

Unless she can prove you are an unfit parent it is unlikely that she will get custody of your daughter.

Dear Ms. Nevicosi,

Thank you so much for repling to my question…how ever it doesnt really clear it up for me. I am not too worried about custody, I am worried about wheather or not she can gain visitation rights to my children even though I dont aprove?

Dear foxxtaylor1,

If you are granted full custody then she would not have visitation rights.

I allowed a great Aunt to take care of my child on and off for about 7-8 months so that I could get back on my feet. The aunt became very possesive over my child when she came back to me as if she were hers…i have had my daughter for a little over a yr now and the aunt is trying to sue me for visitation rights. How much of a chance do I have and what rights do I have?
