Visition increases

Hello,

My ex-wife and I have a separation agreement that details the visitation for my children. We agreed in an email that the amount of time would increase soon. We recently had an argument and she is reneging on her promise and is refusing to increase my visitation. I went and got legal papers today to sue for more visitation but feel this might escalate the situation. Do I have any recourse based on the emails?

regards

Oz

You may use the emails in court as evidence to point out that your ex understands that it is in the children’s best interest to spend more time with you.
