If you are in agreement on the division of your property then you can file a consent order and file it with the court. The court will accept the division of your property as long as you both agree.

Ok my wife an i are filing for devorse/seporation. we have decided that i will take 2 of our cars and she will take hers. If we are will to agree on this our selfs will the court try step in to make me say sell a car and split it with her? As of now we are 100% in agree on all our property. I just want us to be able to slip things up vs the courts making things messy. thanks for the help
